• The making of a bag process
It takes approximately 2 months to make a bag as the bags are all hand tooled and carved with exiquisite precision. It is a labour intensive job and takes up to fifteen people to complete the process from start to finish. The leather is specially ordered for the bags and is hand dyed in a vegetable tanning process. A rare method that is an ancient method started in Europe over a hundred years ago. This method is eco-friendly and it helps to keep the value of the leather.
• Do I need to order in advance?
Currently, we do have some Travel and Ladies bags in stock, however, it would be best to order in advance. The turnaround time (from order date to arrival) can be 2 to 4 months. If you would like to have your bag(s) in time for Christmas, please order as soon as possible.

• How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling is 40 USD for domestic deliveries in the US and 65 USD for international deliveries.
• How long does it take for my order to arrive?
An order can take 2 to 4 months to arrive.
• Can I order the bags to be sold in my store?

• What colors can I choose from?
Currently the Ares by Sandra Holstad brand offers seven colors: black, burgundy, moss green, white, red, royal blue and light brown. To view the collection and colors, go here.
